How long did it take you to conceive?

My husband and i already have a 2 and a half year old. We are desperately wanting to have another baby. We are currently trying for another and im hoping to get pregnant asap.
With my first pregnancy i concieved in 2 months! Very lucky! Im hoping its not going to take too long this time round.
So my questions is...
How long did it take you to conceive?

There are a few long termers on here. I just never thought it would come to this. All our tests are normal so it's unexplained.

Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer....keep on trying.


For me it's a lost cause so it's all riding on IVF or us.

Since then we have been trying with no luck at all. Toughest, most testing four years �� we visited a private clinic in jan and now going to push on with ivf this year hopefully x

Got pregnant the 1st cycle but ended in a chemical, then got pregnant on our 3rd cycle. Almost 7.5 weeks now.

With our DD I had my implant out, had af then pregnant straight away on the first fw.

We are about to start trying for number 2 and I've just entered my fw so hoping it happens as quick as our first did.

Mine were all conceived quickly except once took 5 months. That was after my mc and I was quite poorly so I think my body wasn't ready.

I got pregnant with my daughter in 3 months that was 5-6 years ago, we have been TTC for number 2 for nearly a year now and no luck, I am getting very disheartened every month... I am going to be 40 soon and I just think it's my age that affecting my fertility. I wish I didn't leave it so late.

Approx 2.5 years lost count of cycles maybe 30 something cycles as they varied. Felt like forever x

We were around 3 years TTC#1. We had a lot of issues and had almost given up hope. It really was a battle for us.

About 3 cycles of "proper" trying. Before that we had 4 months of NTNP, but I don't think we ever timed it right then.

This is similar to us, it was only last month that i got an app and timed it better and educated myself a lot about how our cycles work etc.

Did you use ovulation sticks for the last few cycles?
