Im ttc nearly 10 months now and really getting fed up! I have so much respect for those ttc much longer.. After i had my son in Oct last year (stillbirth) my preiods came back normal 32 days for 2 months and have gotton longer & longer! My longest was 72 days.. Ive had 6 periods in 11 months, surely this isnt normal? So my question is how long were you ttc before you started clomid? x

You have to be referred to a fertility specialist before you can have clomid x
Most criterias for referral is ttc for 2yrs

I was referred to infertility specialist in October and didn't get prescribed clomid until the febuary x

Hi, I would suggest going to see your GP and explaining the situation. Its usually a year trying (some places say 2 years but by the time you get an appointment its added on a few months anyway) before you see a specialist but I would expect that you have actually been trying to conceive much longer than that due to you having your son. So sorry to hear of your stillbirth. What I am thinking is that they will take this into account when you see a specialist (unless its a different issue). Hope that helps - I'm not a doctor but its worth a try hey? xxxx

Thanks so much for the replies.. Ive been to a gynacologist since may and she said its likely im not ovulating that she would try me with clomid. I got my day 3 ,21 & 35 day bloods done and when i went back for the results it was a different doctor she was a complete bitch and wouldnt explain my results after me asking her twice if i had had ovulated or not she just said there normal? Im currantly on cd 43 waiting on my period to get a hycosy done.. Tryed Anus Castus this month and havnt seen any changes..
