How im keeping this a secret I dont know!!!

Basically me and hb decided that after we got married we would like to have a baby. Anyway hb asked me not to tell him when I had my coil removed as he would love a 'surprise' pregnancy. Anyway I went to fpc last tuesday and had my coil removed... im desperate to tell him but cant!!! He really doesnt have a clue Ive had it taken out so soon after the wedding!!

How am I going to keep this a secret!!
