how do you take your temperature?

When you take temps for charting how do you do it? By that I mean where do you stick the thermometer Under the tongue or um...elsewhere...

I'm not going to start TTC until after our wedding in March but I am going to start charting now and try get an idea of how my body is working in preparation

Whichever way you choose, you just have to stick with that throught that entire cycle b/c vaginal temps will be higher than oral temps.

I do mine orally. Its easier.
I got the boots fertility kit thingy the thermometer beeps and saves the last temp so when i fall back asleep its still there.
Just easier to chuck it in my mouth than try and get it right down there. xx

I take mine orally and it's working well so far. Rectal temperature is supposed to be the most accurate but it's so unglamourous i can't see myself doing it religiously every morning!

Vaginally??? no thanks! i prefer my husband!!

its up to u but stick it in the same hole every day

i stick mine in my cakehole! under my tongue

I'm actually thinking about taking mine in the nether regions next cycle - my temps have been all over the bloody place this time around!

maybe in March when I start TTC officially I'll be more inclined to shove the thermometer where the sun doesn't shine!
