Stupid question I know but seriously how do you start?
I know you have to warm up but then do you run for 5 minutes at a time then increase it weekly? I don't think I could run longer than 2 minutes at the moment
but I really need to get fit and don't want to join a gym
or get an exercise dvd when I can run round the block for free
Any advice?
