At mo I'm still just breastfeeding my LO.... tried baby rice for a few days last week, but he wasn't that interested.

At the moment his milk feeds are at approx:

7.30am
11.30am
3.00pm
7.00pm

So my question is - when I introduce his meals do I change his milk feeds a bit so they fall mid way between the meals?

Also - do you feed solids and top up with milk afterwards?

Should I be aiming for (eventually - obviously not all at once)....

7.00am Milk
8.30am Breakfast
11.00am Milk
12.30pm Lunch
3.00pm Milk
5.00pm Dinner
7.00pm Milk

I feed milk first, then solids :) milk is more important. And only had one meal at first... shes on two atm. :D but your list looks good...

I give milk first too as Squiglet said that's still much more important than food at the moment.

I give Jacob a little bit of baby porridge after his morning bottle at around 8am and then a veg puree after his bottle at around 4pm.
