So 2 years ago I had a sperm test when I was living unhealthy and smoking it came back at 4 million so after that I started eating healthy taken fertilaid countboost motilityboost and royal jelly I had the results of my sperm test and she said there wasn’t enough to test how can this possible be I feel like just given up it’s made me feel crap all day

You sure she didn’t mean that there wasn’t enough of a sample in the cup to test? Could just be that you need to try again another day.

Not sure she just said there wasn’t enough to sample but there was quite a bit in the cup and I mean like a table spoons worth

Yeah that’s what they said she’s gonna refer me back to them was just worried that I didn’t have any sperm at all wonder why there wasn’t enough to sample I didn’t mastebate for 5 days

I might be wrong but I thought you had to have sex or ‘release’ 2-3 days before the test for the best/most accurate results?

They told me not to masterbate for up to 7 days before the test

For my partners test we were told to not masterbate/have intercourse for 72 hours before, no more no less

It’s 72hrs, not a week. You need the rest repeating

In the letter I have it says 7 days so god knows next time I’ll leave it 72 hours

Dehydration will do that. Make sure you hydrate properly.
