I keep getting really bad hot flushes i think i have read somewhere when you are Breast feeding you do get them or is it hormones from after having a baby. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?
yes yes and yes! When I was BF I used to have the most horrendous hot flushes during the night and would literally end up sweating like crazy. I still get them occasionally and I def think it's due to hormones.
