Hormone imbalance?!

Hey ladies, how are your dreaded periods lately? I usually have them that last 5-6 days and mega heavy and killer pains for first 2-3 days, last week I came on Wednesday had the usual cramps and was heavy but not as heavy as usual, Thursday it had died down to the fact me and oh dtd and usually when dtd on period it's like a blood bath afterwards but this time there was no blood or anything except that night I had a bit of brown and by Friday my period was completely finished I was on a 12 hour shift so wore a tampon but was nothing on it when I took it out, so I only really bled all day Wednesday and that's not the norm for me! Also I've broken out in horrible spots I never get spots, do you reckon there's a hormone imbalance? Xx

Have you tried testing, with my last pregnancy I bled for one day enough for me to think it was my period but then it completely stopped which is what made me test. X

I don't think I'm pregnant it was like a normal period the Wednesday with cramps and a few clots was just a tad lighter that Wednesday than usual and then pretty much stopped to brown spotting the Thursday then had completely gone Friday xx

Some women still get periods when pregnant.

I would test just incase seeing as it's different for you but also some cycles can appear a little lighter x

I might get a few cheap tests this week, I'm on nights tonight really can't be bothered had a headache since yesterday and no amount of water cold wet flannels on my head and paracetamol is even shifting it.. it's guna be a long night luckily not back on till weekend though! If it is just a randomly light short period again I'm not knocking it just hope it doesn't come with a vengeance next month to make up for it xx
