Hoping someone can help

I have just got back from seeing the gynae at my local hospital.. and I'm still confused after asking my questions..

After an internal.. my cervix is closed.. and the hcg levels in my blood are are really low at 26 I'm around 4-5weeks. Does this definitely mean I am or will miscarry.

The doctor was nice but has confused me. I was supposed to have a scan Monday however as it's so low she said repeat test in a week of positive call epu to arrange a scan.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Could your dates be wrong? My first thought was maybe you aren't as far along as you think so they are holding off another week xx

Just looked back on FF.. ovulation was confirmed on the 17th Jan so that makes me 17dpo today i think that's 4+3. I've been bleeding all day it's still quite light. The discharge paperwork says it's minimal pv bleed but she's put complete miscarriage as the likely diagnosis. Does the hcg level look about normal for 17dpo?

I've taken another cb and cb digi this morning and the line is still the darkest I have had.. and cb digi is saying pregnant 1-2 weeks.. still bleeding a small amount but no pain/cramps. Hoping it's like you said and my dates are just off maybe little one implanted late as it was only yesterday that the cb digi first said pregnant.
