Has anyone done a home learning course and if so did you manage to get a job out of it?
I'd be interested in doing nail technician and make up artist courses.

I'm doing the Make-Up Artists course through ICS, haven't completed it yet. I'm currently looking for a beauty consultants job in places like House of Fraser and Debenhams and Boots. You don't need any qualifications to be a beauty consultant, but training or a qualification works to your advantage. Then when qualified you can work your way up to media work.

You can also go freelance when qualified
