Home Birth pAck has arrived

Its here been waiting ages.

There is quite alot of stuff im desperate to have a look but think i should leave it incase i break something.
From what i see there is a set of scales in a bag thing
Ive opened the medicine box it has

Adrenaline, a bag of sodium chloride, a box that says sodium chloride, Naloxone?? Lidocaine??? and Vitamin K. I picked up my Diamorphine from Pharmacy yesterday.
Seems to be a bowl some sick bowls swabs a big torch in one box i cant see the rest its about 2 foot by one foot by one foot high.
There is another box of a similar size that i cant see in at all
And i have two wooden carriers with 4 bottles of gas in.
Its more than i expected .

Got to go and buy a tarpaulin at B&Q tonight and thats me sorted.

Going to buy a bag of crisps now, been wanting them all day but was scared to go out incase delivery guy came.

Wow that's loads! I just got a sealed pack with stuff like scissors & needles in about the size of a large shoe box (which I've been told I'm not allowed to peek in because it's sterile), and a pack of paperwork with the blank labour & postnatal notes, cord clamp etc. The midwife brings the gas & air with her.

It makes it so much more real doesn't it, so exciting

O good you got it I don't think you are supposed to open the box contents as its all sealed and the MW knows its not been contaminated or anything.

My MW said to not touch anything in it and I just chucked it in our bedroom and forgot about it.

And tarpaulin We got some plastic roll stuff and cut lengths off it. But tarpaulin would work well methinks.
