HMS Pregnancy Grant Rebate for 2008

I was looking for tax rebates and found that there is a new HMS Pregnancy Grant Rebate for pregnant mums. Looks like a one time rebate.

anyone managed to get this money from HMS?

Ive heard of someone applying for it in trimester 2, why dont you pop over and have a look, Apparntly you need to get some forms off your midwife.

u get a form from ur midwife n she fills out a part of it n then u fill out the rest n send it off. Ur baby has to be due after the 6th April 2009 and u have to be 29weeks or over when u send off the form. x
