Hello ladies

Firstly congratulations on the BFP's I've missed, and also....how is LouiseB???

Sorry I haven't posted in 3 months. I was really down after our 3rd iui cycle was cancelled due to a 7cm ovarian cyst they drained it but I've had the same cramps so I think it's returned, but luckily ill get a scan before starting iui this time to check.

We are due to start our 3rd and final iui in Jan, however my current cycle is arriving now on only Cd22!!!!!! And I feel like I have a hard bit on the edge of my cervix, it's been there less than a month....anyone else ever felt this? It's normally smooth and this feels like there is a lumpy but under the skin. I'm also over due for my smear by 5 months!!!

So anyhoooo...this cycle we are both off alcohol and caffeine to give us the bestes chance and I am also trying reflexology....what harm can it do?

All the very best chaz, 2014 will be your year. Long overdue. I also tried reflexology and although it didn't get me my bfp I did find it incredibly relaxing and destressing. I also did acupuncture and acupressure....I tried it all me these things are worth a try if you can afford them. My Chinese herbalist guy did me a deal for ten sessions so wasn't too dear.

Louiseb is about to give birth any day now by all accounts. Heard her due date was end of December (correct me if I'm wrong anyone else?).

Louiseb is just over 37 weeks pregnant now and I think she is due around 16th January, but correct me if I am wrong. I am so pleased for her, as like all the other miracle babies been conceived by the magic of technology.

Happy New year everyone

Thanks for the well wishes. Lots of people have announced pregnancies today, felt like I'd been punched in the chest...haven't felt like that fora while!!!

Me an OH are having 1 last alcoholic beverage tonight, then dry till Feb to try and aid us, quite excited.

What is everyone else doing this Jan to aid TTC?

Hi! Me and hubby have ditched the booze too as of yesterday and we're going to attempt the 5:2 diet thing as it's meant to be really good health wise. If we're looking at paying for private IVF I feel we need to be as healthy as possible...good luck with your next iui xx

A dry January is on the cards for us as well, need to drop 6 kg in order for us to get our ivf referral so healthy all the way too!

Started seeing a homeopath too, you never know !

Have my scan tomorrow at 8.30 to see if cyst has returned before I can start iui. Not looking forward to it. Witch is here in full flow so won't be internal (will it???) and tummy is tender boo hiss xxx

Good luck today, it's horrible having anything done when AF is here, next think they see it every day and aren't phased. I hope its good news xx

Had my scan this morning...the cyst hasn't returned which is ace as I can start my iui injections this evening

Feeling really positive about this month. Minimal caffeine (only having 1 coffee with my 5am starts in work) raspberry leaf tea, lots of protein, milled linseed, drinking more water, no stress, no alcohol and reflexology.

If this cycle work ill have my perfect little family when I get married this December xx
