i was just lookin for a bit of advice really! im 14 wks, an my skin is so so bad an sore on my face did anyone suffer with dry itchy skin when around this stage? if so did it go or has it stayed? ive been moisturising morning an night but yet its still sore an really itchy! i neva had anything with my son i seem to have it all now lol!

Hi i had really dry itchy skin early on it has cleared up now so hopefully yours will. I got some steroid cream from the docs but could only use a very small amount and that really helped.

I had really dry, flakey skin & I think it was around the same sort of time as you. I just applied loads of cocoa butter cream & after about 2-4 weeks (sorry, can't remember!!) it cleared up. I think this is quite normal in pregnancy, make sure you drink plenty of water, more than normal to keep your skin re-hydrated.

hi an thanks for ur replys!
i have been drinkin gallons of water yesterday an today its makin me go loo a lot lol! but hopefully it will help my skin!
if it carries on i might have a trip to docs as i used to suffer from exzema (sp) as a child i hope i dont get it back!
