After a bfp yesterday - after 2yrs ttc nunber 2....

So... a vitamins question - ive been taking vit D3 and coQ-10 and pregnare conception vita which include fokic acid...

Can i continue to take vit D3 and the coQ-10 ??

Plus i have sone conception pregnacare vits left - should i take these til they run out or move on to pregnancy vitamins ?

Hi congratulations! When are you due? I'm 1st Jan 2018 so I'm guessing you're a few days after?

I don't know about your D3 and coQ-10 but I was on seven seas trying for a baby and stopped then when I got my bfp and moved on to the seven seas pregnancy vitamins. I took them throughout my whole pregnancy but then read you only need them in tri 1 - not sure if that's accurate or not!x

We have Dexter (born april 2014, so hes 3) wanted them close together but wasnt to be. Almost 2.5yrs later here we are.. we were having preliminary fertility testing - due later this month.. so this was a surprise after 2+ years of peeing on anything that wasnt pinned down lol...i think im due approx 8th - i'm only 11 dpo today. Hoping for stronger lines to tell her hubby tonight...

They wont let me go full tern after 3rd degree tearing last time, and 2 surgeries to repair as they dont want to risk my tearing in same place (long term damage if i do!)... so i was told a csection would ve on the cards with a second. So suspect it will be sometime over xmas !!

I was taking a few different vitamins (Q10, zinc, b6 &a folic axis) but I've stopped them now and just taking pregnacare pregnancy vitamin xx

I wasn't sure exactly what was different with the Pregnacare Conception vitamins and the Pregnacare Pregnancy vitamins.. I think I switched over with my first. But I have a good stash of the Conception vitamins and didn't want to waste them. I guess I could ebay them in a few weeks....

I also know that the D3 and the coQ10 enzyme ones were for egg quality (as I'm 41) but wondered if there was any benefit continuining them, or just stick with Pregnacare Conception or Pregnancy vitamins ??
