ive got stiff / sore neck and shoulder ! its making picking leland up soooo hard i wince with pain and im on my own allllll day as his off out in camden tongight straught from work ! ive took ibuprofen and sprayed with deep freeze , what else can i do ? it started last night so i didnt even sleep wrong !

well unless leland leans massaging skills and not nipping skills ive noone to massage and its in a hard place to do myself

you can buy it in the chemist it is just a small pot of stuff and you rub a TEENY-TINY amount on and it soothes it.

Awwwww, it is sooooooooooooooo good! Always helps me... and smells much better than deep heat!

Try a hot bath! always helps me Just make sure you wrap yourself up after it, otherwise it might get worse.
