with my knee. As some of you might know I fell last week and my knee is still aching. Yesterday the pain was unmanagable and I thought that if I drank a bottle of red wine on top of the ibuprofen then I might get a good nights sleep.
Wrong.
I had deep heat rub, ralgex and wd40 on my knee. Someone told me they use wd40 in amercia for knee problems.
So I got there at 12, xrayed and home for 4 with a very very bad sprain. I have to keep it up (2kids, HELLO
) and I have a sexy sock for my knee.
Had the docs today for more pain killers and anti inflammatories.
The pain killers they gave me though reacted with the wine that was in my system and I have been sick as a dog all day.
