Thanks for all your kind words. Nope not bad news but i feel I keep thinking that im imagining the line i see and im going to shoot myself in the foot by saying so and that AF will turn up

We've all been there (we both went through it pretty much together at one point)
The only thing you can do is chill out, try to forget it (yeah right!) and test in a couple of days.

Flossy, I'm exactly the same. I got a BFP a day or two ago, good lines on a first response yesterday and faint lines on the ebay ones a day before that.

AF was due today or tomorrow, so I keep panicking about all the twinges which I know are normal and not AF pains.

I'm sure we'll both be fine
