Here we go again ;-) AF has GONE!!!!!!!

Well AF has packed her bags and moved out....hopefully for at least 9 months so we on track for starting our baby dances again today!!

Also, sorry for being so brutal but how often are all you other TTC's actually baby dancing? My GP said every other day, my friend who is TTC is hammer and tongs every day...not sure whats the best...so any advice would be great....good luck everyone lots of BFP's in the next few weeks for all of us I hope xx

The advice my doc gave me was every 2-3days because that gives you the best little sperms to go and fertilise that egg - i then had to tell her that with two of us in the forces we would be lucky to do it once a week!!!

Good Luck for the next TTC....

3 days until AF is due and I want to test now, but keeping myself holding on...This will be our 4th year and 2 months of trying now and it has been a long journey, so fingers crossed!

Good luck on keeping AF away for a good long time.

OH and I generaly try for every night but I think I'm tiring him out so sometimes we do go a day or two without. We both do shift work so we're either on at opposite ends of the day or we're both up really early so I pounce on him whenever he has the energy, even if it means me pouring extra strong coffee down his throat, lol.

good luck for this month!! Ive gotta be honest sperm takes about 24hours to replenish i think. Me and Fiance was everyday and after 4 months it happened. Maybe he just had extra strong wearing superman capes or summat simelar lol .. Good luck again!!! xxx

Me and OH BD almost every day.. And fell pregnant first go, I think it's a matter of catching the egg, knowing when it's going to be there and BD right on time.. Good luck and everything crossed xo

Ha ha!! Thanks, the idea of sperm in superman capes made me really laugh hard! Exactly what I needed!

As for how often to BD, my OH and I try to do it every day that we are together. With me working away for some of each week, I've been concerned that we have been missing the window so this month have taken pains to be around for the whole week around my 'predicted' ovulation, however, my OPK has not shown positive yet!

we do it almost everyday, I am recovering from a prolapsed disc in my spine so sometimes i just have to not lol, but yeah everyday and maybe 2 times a day during fertile window

At your most fertile time when your sorry if tmi but try n get a couple of pillows under your hips so there raised slightly, and if possible once his little tiddlers are on there journey try and orgasm. Apparantly the shudders you do while having your "moment" sends the sperms higher up. Then legs in the air for 10 mins my lady And most of all....Enjoy it Good luck to everyone this month xx

Im having a chuckle at your leanne....I had actually seen that theory on a tv programme a few months ago before we even started TTC and I was telling my friend whos also TTC that its important to have an orgasm while he does his 'thing'...lol I think she thought I was kidding at first till I convinced her...haha apparently also when we orgasm and our muscles contract...its natures way of keeping sperm up there and stop it racing back out...lol so yes...albeit at times with a little devine intervention I do demand the BIG O as well as lots of fast swimming spermies!!

Amusing facts ehh.....will def do the pillow thing too tho....good luck everyone xxx

Glad to be of service. But yes thats it apprantly the little muscle contractions lock the little belters in and gives em a shove in the rite direction! ... I have to admit without sounding big headed my OH has never had a prob giving me a big OHHHHHHH ... Better not let him read this he will have an ego the size of Brazil....But anyways im staying away from that thing for a while me thinks lol xxx
