Help!

So am now on day 41 of cycle, had a blood test yesterday and it came back negative which means I am defo not pregnant - gutted! But still no af.
Doctor says it could just be my body adjusting off the pill even though I had a period start of Jan.
With both hubby and I working away a lot I really need to know when I am ovulating so we can try and see each other. Now have no idea when I will ovulate again, can anyone help me please??

hi have u used opk's? this is my first month using them but got positive today so it gives u peace of mind that u are ov'ing and when. not sure how it works when u come off bc but its prob worth a shot? good luck xx

It took me just over 5 weeks after the coil removal to finally have a (horrendous, awful, painful and downright RUDE) period; it's so irritating when it takes so long to arrive
I'm sure your doctor is right and it is just your body adjusting to coming off the Pill.

I think the best thing to do is just wait until you have a period and then start using ovulation kits or similar from day 10 onwards. Also check for your cervical mucus (why does that always just sound SO wrong?!) to see when your body's gearing up for it all.
