for the past week or so i have been getting realli bad pains in my pelvis
not like shooting pains just a constant pain and its especially sore when
i stand up or sit down i dont know what the reason for this pain is has anyone experienced this before?
i am almost 37 weeks pregnant

could be the baby sitting right on your pelvis or that the baby has dropped.

hey thanx 4 all ur replies its not a pain like a stitch its just a sore pain lol a cant realli decribe it. kinda feels like am walkin about with a knife in my pelvis but its a constant pain not a sabbing pain got my antenatal wiv my GP 2day so ill ask n c if they know wt the problem is.

tell that baby to stop sticking the nut on your pelvis. You must be getting nice and close. Can you go to the swimming pool?

yeh a thought of going 2 the swimming and wen i went nothing happened still same sore pain my mum said she thinks its justthat the babys head has engaged but i dont know and my GP aint the best help in the world so a probs wont know if thats what it is thanx neway

i know it sounds stupid but wen i had pains from B engaging i walked, it really hurt at first but got a lot better after a while

My girlfriend was experiencing really bad pains...

Especially when she stood up

She went the doctors and it turned out to be a water infection, which apparently is very common with pregnancy

Shes on tablets now and is feeling better

No idea if it is this, but ya never know !

Best thing to do though is just get checked out by the doctor
