help -urgent advice to get baby sun lotion out of carpet!

OMG Aimee has got hold of a bottle of boots baby sun lotion and smothered it all over herself and our wool carpet in the lounge!

I cant get it out and its everywhere & I have someone coming to view the house tm as we are selling !
helllppp anyone know how to get it out? I dont know wether to leave it to dry then try or keep attacking with carpet cleaner. Being a light wool carpet its really hard to clean

I would personally leave it too dry then put some carpet cleaner on it... if it still won't come up try to put a rug over the patch for when the people come to veiw the house sorry i'm not much help

Im assuming its oil based, so any oil based product should get it up ie white spirits.....but test it on a hidden piece of carpet first incase it pulls out the colour.

my mum always swears by a dab of washing up liquid on a cloth for most things - no idea if it would work on that but worth a go if you havent tried it yet!

otherwise maybe vanish carpet cleaner - they do a spray on one i think?
