HELP - Strepsils

Argg! I have had a very sore throat the last week or so and I took a few strepsils only about 3 or 4 over as many days. However I just spotted it says on the pack consult a doctor if you are breastfeeding. I didn't check because I didn't realise it would potentially be a problem. Has anybody asked their doctor about them? Do I need to do go to the doctor because I have taken them while BF? She seems fine.

I'm not sure if its the same as eating tunes but my mate told me not to eat many as they can dry up your breastmilk a bit, same with cough medicine.
