Kade will be starting pre-nursery in Jan.
He's so comfortable with the potty i haven't been pushing the going on the toilet issue, the couple of times i've suggested it, he's freaked out.. so i just stuck to the potty. He pees and poos no problems in it - and has even started asking to use it during the night - so i'm quite pleased as his pull-ups are usually dry in the morning now and we haven't had any kind of accident for 6/7 months =]..
I just ordered the thomas training toilet seat and stepping stool from mothercare and plan to make a big hoohah when they get here like 'oooh look at your lovely new big boy toilet stuff' etc.
Any tips to make it easier to transition from potty to toilet? or should i just take the potty out of the situation totally, explain what's happening, and let him help me chuck it in the bin.. and if he needs to go, he'll need to go on the toilet?
help.. i have till Jan.
xx
