Help please

I stopped microgynon on 12th December and on 14/15/16th I had a withdrawal bleed my period would have been due on 30th December but it hasn’t arrived, incase wondering if this is down to just stopping the pill or will my period now be around the 11/12th January now?

Not sure what you using as gauge for when period due but if u had withdrawal bleed I would think period will not be until at least 4 weeks after that. Unless your body settles very fast it will take some time for the hormone to clear your system and a true period as such to kick in. Not sure if u have been actively TTC since u stopped pill but if u haven't had a period 4 weeks after withdrawal might not hurt to do a PG test just I'm case you got super lucky and caught on first try. Yes actively trying to conceive but only since stopping the pill so I’m very new to this all!

Looks like u the same age as me Hannah. Welcome to the ttc journey. I would just recommend getting an app or something on the go to track your cycle. You don't need to do much more charting than that in the early days unless u really want to. But the cycle data you will find useful as the weeks go on if u don't fall PG straight away. It's made my life easier being able to look back on different length cycles and know when I'm due on. x

I came off the pill in August and it was 6 weeks until I had my first cycle and they have been between 32-45 days since so I would try getting an app to figure out a pattern. I’ve got the clue app.

I came off microgynon , had my withdrawl bleed then didn't get my natural period for 43 days , it can take a while for your body to get back to "normal"
