symptons anybody else had same

Hello I had my last pill period on 1st oct then took four birth control pill then stopped had withdrawal bleed if I go by my pill period the 1st oct I'm due today I've had a ache in my left side for three days and cramping but yesterday late at night I had a little bit of pinkish discharge and all today I've had a whitish discharge and cramps all day feels like I'm going to come on do you think it could b implantation spotting can you get pregnant straight after stopping the pill x or do I just wait until the 9th of november when I should come on my period from the withdrawal bleed? Shall I do a test next friday if I still haven't come on? X
