Help! Please??

Hi all. Last night I noticed a fair bit of white mucus, stretchy etc so OH and I BDed. This morning I almost DIDNT notice a speck of what looked like blood. Very light and very small, I had to squint but could defo see it. Checked on CM again and v. stretchy, stretched almost an inch so have BDed again.

Any ideas? Could I have OVed early???

Edit - I wrote this post last night and thought I would add that my nipples have felt a little tingly and sensitive and boobs felt heavy this morning.

How long would you leave it to test? I have given myself 2 weeks - hoping I stick to it!

I have written everything in my diary to try and keep an eye on my cycle. Will just re-check the length of last month's cycle.

About two weeks ago. I didn't expect a BFP as it was far too early but I just wanted to POAS and get it out of the house. It was driving me mad knowing I had it just waiting to be peed on! Gonna try and hold off til next week if I can....!

Update - been to the loo and checked CM again. It is now milky white, feels like lotion kind of consistency. Tried to see if it was stretchy but as I had just peed (TMI! Sorry!) I think it affected it but it was slightly stretchy, only about 2 cm though. Yesterday it was more like raw egg white and very stretchy it did not break even though I stretched it over an inch. We BDed last night and night before.

Hopefully you have caught it just in time then MissJ, sounds like perfect timing.... wouldn't test though for at least 9-10 days though.... or as near to your AF due date as possible x

We BDed every day apart from 3 out of my whole cycle so I hope we've got a good chance. x

It is possible but hard for me to comment as I used to always have extra CM when I was OV like clockwork and knew my cycle from the previous month (from my diary I kept (Yes I am sad) lol) but if that was me I would of thought it was just passed my OV... x

I've only just started noting the CM (typical lol) so no idea what last cycle was like but to be fair I didn't check it as much. The only reason I'm doing it more now is to roughly get an idea of when I am OV.

I've had the very mild cramping like AF for the past week, had some today but very slight.

I think you have only just OV'd going by what my body does and with the cramping too.... do you not do the OV sticks? x

No I don't as my husband didn't want to go down that route. He wanted to TTC but is a very relaxed way - he doesn't even want to test until we know I'm most definitely late lol. I think my last cycle was something like 50 days long..! If I have ovulated now and am entering the 2ww, that means my cycle is around 37 days long - much shorter than my last! But then again, I *am* irregular, so I just don't know.

That is a toughy and I relied upon my OPK's and even before that knew I had OV'd only after with the CM, sorry hun I am unless to your case x

Do you mind me asking what age you and hubby are?
My hubby does not have the energy to go every day and he is only 28!!

Also, as today's CM seems more white, yesterday's was pretty much clear/tinged with white and day before was white. I had a lump of white CM which was a little stretchy. Clear CM was V. stretchy. Does it change that quickly??

Hiya hun, my CM changed alot from day to day especially after OV and to be honest hasn't even regulated now, all I noticed was past OV there was alot then it calmed down till AF... god hun wish I could give you a proper answer x

Thanks Hopeful, I appreciate every single reply, so don't worry about it. I think I'm OVing as my CM is still white but clear too, and gone back to EWCM - it feels just like raw egg whites and stretches for a couple of inches too. Have continued BDing so praying we'll see a BFP on 26th!! x x

hey hun, i've read on here before that you are not using opk's as your other half wants to keep it natural but i honestly think you are mad not using them! it sounds as though you have a hectic cycle and all the guessing where you are must be making the whole experience a lot harder, more emotional and stressful that using an opk. it really would make your life so much easier?? xxx
