Help me with my resignation letter

What do I need to write?

Im basically handing in my notice due to a restructuring of our admin service which has changed our admin team from 3 down to 1 person. There was lack of support and Im off sick for stress at the mo. Do I need to put this in the letter??????????

Need to send the letter today.

Don't resign just yet. Sounds like constructive dismissal to me. Go on ACAS website and find out.

I work for the NHS and this affected all of the admin personnel in our trust. The other woman I worked with got other jobs so that left me the most familar face. I only work for 2 days a week but the pressure I have been put under has been so much. It is such a long story but they are now looking to recruit 25 admin people as that was how many left
