Help me out?

OK so have been using forums for donkeys, but this is the first time I've ever been on a pregnancy forum.. So the abbreviations are a bit alien to me so anyone wanna explain some of them.

I know these

TTC = Trying To Concieve
WTT = Waiting To Try
BFP = Big Fat Positive


It's the others that are bugging me.. Like SMEP? and the other unusual ones lol
