:( My nose is so stuffy that I cannot breathe at all and when I breathe through my mouth I just cough like crazy :(

I am taking Sudafed (only had 2 doses as only got the tablets today so I know it is still early days). I have just steamed myself over a bowl of boiled water with a teaspoon of vicks in it, I have just plugged in one of those menthol things in the living room as Arianna is in bed, and I am going to use menthol drops on my pillow when I go to bed....

Can anyon suggest anything else I can try - I HATE being like this, seriously drives me insane!! :wall:

What you're doing sounds right to me :)
NHS direct said today (when we called about Fi) that putting bowls of hot water on the radiators helps a cold...
Try and sleep propped upright as your nose will be clearer

get well soon hun xxx

Think its cold, or you could add some tabasco sauce to one of your juices not only help your cold but pepper helps fat burning too...
