Help .... I need advice to see if i'm being impatient or not

I had the marina coil removed on 1st aug 2011 after it being in for 2yrs, i've had sml ammt bleeding but not like my normal cycle used to be, we are ttc but i'm convinced it's not gonna happen and i know that doesnt help and u should think positive, my partner just keeps saying be patient but I cant help it, i've lost 10st in weight over the past 2yrs and fear that it could have damaged my chances of conceiving but dont know if thats rumours or fact ... need someone to talk to x

Sorry I can’t help with the coil advice but I’m sure someone on here can. All I can say is try to keep positive I know it’s not easy I’ve been trying for a few months and I have convinced myself that I will never get pregnant!
