good morning everyone, this is my first post.
6 weeks and 4 days so far (I think) and the sickness has struck. I actually have only posted this as I know people who have asked before, but scrolling through mounds of words makes me feel sick 🤢
Just wondered if anyone has any remedies? So far Im on ginger capsules that havent done anything so far, and Im wearing travel sickness bands which Im not sure whether theyre working either. Its literally constant. Im not being sick but the feeling is 24/7, I feel slightly better when Im in the fresh air but I work in a shopping centre, whether Im sat down or stood up or walking, even when Im in bed. But my concern is Im hardly eating because of it, it gets worse at tea time so Im sleeping through tea or having 2 or 3 mouthfuls and stopping. Its a vicious cycle and I know its not healthy for me or my ever growing tiny human. But this is my first pregnancy so Im clueless 😢
