Help - anyone got any remedies?

My stomach is really gurggling and I have terrible wind, burps and other end (sorry), its making feeel rotten.

Anyone know of anything that I can take that might help? I have just had som cereal and that seems to have made it worse!

Green tea??
 
Oddly enough I found that fizzy water helped. You'd have thought it would make it worse but it definatly helped. Also, lying on your front with your head down and your bum in the air can help alliviate the wind (best not do this if your at work though!)
 
Unfortunately I am at work although really wish I was at home.

Not sure we have fizzy water but probably pop downstairs in the canteen...wonder if i should give that a go!

Supposed to be going out for a meal later but not sure if i should eat anymore as feel soooo bloated! Was looking forward to that too! Darn!

Im exactly the same im constantly burping and farting even if i dont eat very much, i would recommend fizzy pop too of any kind it deffo seems to get rid of it with me im 5 weeks now and the bloating is really bad i look about 4 months gone lol :rotfl: :hug: :hug:
 
right i am off to buy a can of pop then! hope this works!

probiotic yoghurts are good for reducing wind and a friend of mine swears by peppermint tea (she's had 5 kids and used it every time)
 
I find windeze works for me, especially if its trapped wind and I feel uncomfortable
 
I find peppermint tea to be really effective for that. You could also chill it and have it as a really nice refreshing drink. Much nicer than plain water!
