I don't know about implants but imagine your hormones need time to balance. If you are concerned it might be worth speaking to a doctor. It's likely to throw your cycle off coming off the implant.

hi thank you i willgive it a few weeks then i will go to the doctors if nothing happens thanks

I’ve had the implant before and it takes a few weeks for your body to settle into a cycle. Xxx

It wouldn't hurt to take a test if you're thinking you could be pregnant? I had periods all throughout having the implant too and resumed normal cycle length after it was removed.

Long-acting reversible contraception (LARC)

Also from this site:

"What should I do if I want to stop using the implant or try to get pregnant?
If you want to stop using the implant, go back to the doctor or nurse and ask them to take it out.

Your periods and fertility will return to normal and it’s possible to get pregnant before you have your first period after stopping the implant.

If you don’t want to become pregnant you should use another method of contraception from the day your implant is removed."
