Oh well, better start playing the lottery hey!?

yeah i know LOL i hope it is my month i really do - it would be the best birthday present EVER!!!!

im going to hold out until end of the month though, i have just had to stick a chewing gum in my gob to get this sickly feeling away but its not shifting lol its horrible :puke:

It took us about 6 months to find the right house,it's so difficult with the house prices being so high. We moved here from Devon because you get a lot more for your money..and the in laws live about 25 miles away (I didn't want to live too close to MIL!)

It will be our first bought house yeah - I hate renting, total waste of money!

We will probably have a max, max budget of 140,000 ( ) and want a 3 bed property, not needing too much work with a garden and preferably off-road parking. We don't want city-centre loactions and want nice areas (we have rented in some gorgeous areas, turning us into huge snobs  ) with a bit of "greenery" around us.
I want houses with nice frontage as well.

I know we are way too picky, but now we have an image of what we want in our heads but we can't afford it :x

monster munch thats a great budget that - me and Danny have only got (i think) £90,000!!!!

there are some nice houses around my dads area - can pick one up for around £78,000-85,000 so will have to look there i think..

:puke: i cant get this feeling to go away! help!

wow, thats reasonable miss gobby! When we left Plymouth a year ago £70,000 would just get you a 2 bedroom ex council flat!

aw hun, not sure how to make your sickness go away  hope you feel better soon (or more importantly, that you don't feel better soon and you feel cr@ppy cus your PG!!! :cheer: )

The £140,000 is our top top budget - as I don't work at the moment, a mortgage of that amount would take up OH's whole wage packet so I would have to get a decent job, and not just a little part time thing that I wanted :()

Where does your dad live, ;);) I'll look there! ;)

its a bit rough the area but the area is huge and the part my dad lives is lovely lol

yeah i know, im hoping i feel like this for 9 months from now, but not going to count on it - you know what i am like lol - i feel a div for saying i 'feel' like i could be PG coz if it turns out i am not what a wally i am going to look like!!!

Stay away from the south of county.

We are in south East - we just bought 3 bed house - £182,000

Wish we could of have a less mortgage not good for 19 year old.
Our first was £129,000 18 months ago. lots of pressure.
All our money goes on mortgage. :(

We 'think' we like the suffolk area, but then again, houses we like there are expensive too!

Never mind, we'll find something **sigh**

me and OH are currently lookin for a new house. we cant buy a house atm coz no one is willin to give us a morgage coz we only have one income.

we are gonna rent with a housing association which in a years time they will offer us to buy which we prob will. itll be cheaper than a morgage aswell so thats a nice bonus :)
