Heat Lumps..

They are driving me cuckoo at the moment. As soon as i get rid of them others seem to appear. Anyone else grtting these? Xxx

Yes, I think! I was wearing leggings on Friday, which in hindsight wasn't a great idea. I wasn't sure if they were insect bites at first but they are really itchy and I've had to put some calamine lotion on. Weirdly, I have 3 on and around my left knee but nowhere else. In fact I've just had to put some more lotion on in the last few minutes after my nightly loo stop. Have you been putting anything on yours? xxx

And i guess it doesmt help with the very hot that we having and not used to it. I havent been using anything, what would you recommend? Xxx

Not other than calamine lotion. You're limited with what you can put on without seeing your pharmacist so that was the safest bet for me. Has helped a bit but not an instant fix! xxx
