Anyone else getting headaches? I have a vague recollection of this last time but can't quite remember.
I'm also exhausted to ridiculous levels, which with a toddler is no joke.
It also felt like I could feel all the blood pumping round my body last night in bed, that sounds weird though doesn't it?

Those bloody hormones! The headaches were my first clue I was pregnant again, that and the tiredness and sickness. All perfectly normal. My gp said I'm a victim of pregnancy!

Be kind to you and get lots of rest ( well as much as you can)

Hey I had a mw appointment on Thursday and the first thing I mentioned was head aches. I'm suffering so bad from them. I get in and close the curtains no lights and sleep. They get so bad I feel sick and dizzy. Apparently these are very common because of the changes in hormones. I'd like to say it will get better but I'm 10 weeks and iv still got them. I have taken paracetamol as they hurt so much but she said they are fine and we can take those. Hope yours gets better soon. Xx

I had a really bad headache for 2 days about 5 days after conception.

Since then I haven't been too bad.

Yesterday though I started with a headache at around dinner time and by 9pm I was exhausted. Fell asleep on the sofa til after 11pm then went to bed and couldn't sleep for hours because my brain just wouldn't switch off.

Tonight I've been chatting to a doula friend so again I'm all wired now and thinking about everything (getting ahead of myself as I'm only 6 weeks and already thinking about the birth and everything lol.)

I'm tired all the time and sleep in late every chance I get, but it's no wonder 'cos I'm often unable to fall asleep due to everything going round and round in my head (thinking of all the things I want to do or need to do before it's born lol)

I suffered with headaches in the beginning i was advised to obviously keep my fluids up an get one of those 4head sticks by god they sting as theyre kinda menthol but they dont half work xx

Ah sorry your suffering with headaches, iam still getting headaches at 16 weeks but they are fewer. please don't be afraid to take paracetamol and try the 4head stick which is safe to use in pregnancy and it soothes your forehead or wherever the pain is.

Thanks ladies, sorry you've all been suffering too but it's reassuring. I've been getting stretching pains too and I'd forgotten how much they make you worry. This bean must be very determined though as it happened on first ovulation in 3 years so I'm sure it'll be fine.
If I got more sleep I think I'd be okay but my toddler isn't a good sleeper and not really any childcare help in the week sadly. Ho hum!

Morning all woke with a awful head ache again! Hope these stop soon. Xx

Oh no,I hope it eases Blueclass. Drink lots of water.
We were awake 2 till 5am (and by we I mean myself and my daughter!) As she has croup. Hoping for a nap together later!

Paracetamol is fine to take.
Mine have stopped now if it's any reassurance. Must have been a hormone thing, I always drink lots. Get them when tired but that's unavoidable!

I'm not getting headaches, or anything much at all really! I'm 4+4 and my only symptoms are tiredness, the odd wave of nausea, sore boobs and constipation. Also dull ache in uterus, front and back and into my hip, which I've got myself upset about so have an appointment with the EPU on Tuesday. When did everyone start experiencing headaches, or any other symptoms please? xx

It's early days for symptoms but you seem to have a few so don't worry. Not everyone gets every symptom. I got no heartburn last time xx

Thank you Umbongo, I'm sure I won't be won't be saying this if I do get hit with a load of symptoms but I really would like to feel more pregnant! Xx

I understand! I've googled a lot and I think headaches are normal. I don't remember this from my first child, but I've been getting them terribly this time around. I've found sleep is about all that helps me!
