I had this too and still do from time to time, it's all hormone related but mention it to your midwife if you're worried! Make sure you drink lots of water!
My main reason (other than hormonal) was my cutting back on tea (ultimately caffeine) it gave me the worse headaches and just one cup of tea would make it go away! How bizarre?
So other Han the change in your body have you cut something back? Alcohol, caffeine or some sort of food. It could simply be withdrawal headaches.
Hope they ease soon for you. I have not suffered too bad since the first trimester.
I get these too - less now than I did (currently 18 weeks) but still get them if I'm run down. Can get mild ones every day if there's lots going on. Boo!
