Headaches

Has anyone else had any headaches? I feel quite rotten today and have come home from work early so I can chill with my feet up.

I am not even sure if I can take a paracetamol! Does anyone know what the advice is?

I have had them too, along with awful nausea which is very like car sickness.

Not really got any advice but having something to eat seems to help me.

I used to get bad headaches in 1st tri. Paracetamols fine and I used to use a 4head stick which used to help xx

Me too, I've had quite a few headaches thinking it could be dehydration and lack of food though so been trying to drink more. Sure you can take paracetomol products but not ibrupfen.

You are fine to take paracetamol, but I think those migraine forehead sheets are the the best at helping to shift a headache. Also drink lots of fluids incase you're dehydrated, xx

I had a shocking headache on sunday! Apparently those cooling strip thingys are best

I've been drinking loads, feeling so thirsty at the mo. I defo reckon having something to eat helps though. x x
