Aaw, poor you, skatty!! If you can't stomach fruit, try and up your vegetable intake instead. I don't really agree that you should only eat what you fancy - I really went off vegetables, but I have been forcing them down, because the midwife told me that I need to eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Of course, you can still eat what you fancy as well - that's the beauty of being pregnant, no-one bats an eyelid when you eat loads!!
If you still can't manage the fruit and veg, try experimenting with cooking it in different ways. My husband has starting roasting my vegetables with rosemary and garlic, and I find I can eat it like that.
