Headache and sharp pains

Albert's under my ribs again but getting sharp stabbing pains all the way down the right side of my bump and I have a headache again. Gonna go on the ball for a bit to see if I can get him to move. He feels really heavy today, I'm holding him up when I walk about lol and I haven't slept very much, just couldn't get comfy. Really thirsty too. I can see me having a moany day today xxxxxxxxxx

Everyone's out and I can't get in and out the bath on my own lol. The ball is helping a bit. I'm wondering if he's aggravating one of my cysts in which case there's not a lot I can do
