Whats the best remedies... I was given nasel spray but refuse to use it as got steds in it.

Been using olbas oil and vaper rub are these bad to use?

I need and not to be dribbling all day x

I had this awful for last few weeks. Docs said I should NOT take any antihistemines but gave me a nasal spray containing steroids.

Nothing else really helped!

Hope you find something that works for you soon, why not visit the chemist and ask there advice, they are normally really helpful over the counter at this sort of thing?

yeah i'm going get something for my nose, sick of sneezing now lol x my friends going give me some balm once shes found it
