:( I was really sick thursday night and ever since then i have not been able to eat anything.
Alli do is sip milk.
Im really scared i am harming the baby.
I think it is a bug because i just have no energy and i cant even walk upstairs.

Any ideas?

I think maybe you should make an appointment to see the doctor or ring nhs direct for advice (0845 46 47) they will make you priority as you are pregnant.

Have you tried eating dry toast, digestives or cream crackers, it may help the sickness and its some food at least. Also if you can, try soup!

I would definitely ring the nhs helpline though, they are great - hope you feel better soon.

when i couldnt eat id always have some soup as it helped loads with the sickness and made sure u got some goodness in you , ur prob not harming the baby as it will love off your reserves , i mean i lost 2 stone in weight in 1st tri and so far all is well in there with baby boy .

I wouldn't worry too much hun... the baby will take what it needs from you and leave you what's left...

Just keep your fluids up, so drinking milk, fruit juices, water is very important for you. Like G3M said soups are also another excellent way to get nutrients into you, but don't go for the creamy soups, try to eat the watery ones. Try the Slim Fast soups, not for diet purposes but they are designed to "replace" a meal so are filled with extra vitamins and minerals which will be beneficial for you. Some chemists sell special nutrient soups and milkshakes which can also help you keep up your intake of nutrients without loading your stomach and making you ill.

I still don't eat much now, and might just have one small meal a day... During my first Tri a barely ate, and lost a load of weight, and my LO is the perfect size and weight for her gestation.   I have crappy skin, hair and am constantly tired but baby is fine... :)
