We went out last night and OH suggested a perfect name that we both love. So the search is almost over. We're now just squabbling over whether to have a middle name/if so what!!!

I'm Scottish, and where I'm from hector is a kind of knitname, for someone silly... So could never have it but I really like it. Different without being silly I'm in love with the name Dexter... But boyfriend hates it

Not a big fan of Hector if I'm honest.
It reminds me of when Keith Lemon says 'sector' - sec-TOR! Hec-TOR.

Also, there's a wee cheap old man shop in Belfast called Hector's so it reminds me of an old man lol.

Hector is so cute and goes amazingly with your surname.. Also like Noah a lot but hector is definitely a great sounding name. Have you looked up meanings and things (if they're at all important to you)?
