Hi ladies

I'm finding it so hard to drink water. It tastes horrible to me, very bland..

Has anyone else gone off water :eh:

I add a splash of diluting juice to mine, helps a lot x

Yes! I feel like I can taste all of the chemicals in it. Trying to sip to get my daily water intake up (I have always drank loads and loads of water) but it is making me feel sick! x

Hi, I am the same. Try drinking sparkling water. It's working for me. Also sparkling water with a bit of apple juice works for me too. Do you drink anything? I know it's hard but it's important to drink to avoid dyhadration. X

I drink milk lol.. and try and force myself to sip water..

Thanks for the tips x
And yes I feel so dehydrated especially at night

Yes!!!! I thought it was just me!! I usually love a nice cold glass of water but at the moment I'm hating it. Sparkling drinks or a bit of squash or juice is all I can stomach at the moment

Same. All I drink is water normally. Lemon slices seem to help me and also make the nausea a little better for a bit.

Have you tried getting a brita filter? Before I was pregnant I hated water and I got a brita filter and it made such a difference!

Thank you for all replies

I have taken note.. I can't even drink 1 litre a day

Yes!!!

I thought something was wrong with me, usually I drink water or squash / cordial but I've been struggling with water since last Tuesday. It has got to the point where I am drinking less than 250 ml of water at work over 6 hours instead of my usual near litre. So relying on cordial atm, but even that is hit and miss each day.
