Has anyone had big results from their Wii Fit?

Has anyone got any real results from using their Wii Fit?

I've had mine ages but haven't used it since the 2nd week of getting it (might have something to do with still being fat and untoned!)

We got bored of ours within 2 weeks so haven't been on it in ages.
