Harrison is ill. Advice please

Since thursday last week harrison has had a runny bum (really liquid poo), no idea whats causing it then sunday he developed nasty nappy rash (one minute there was nothing, next it was so sore it was unreal) - I thought it could be his milk as he recently moved up to growing up milk so I've changed it back (again on sunday) and his poo is still the same

What can I do now?

is he ok in himself?
just keep his fluids up

Take his temp hun and pop him down the doctors

His temp is fine and he's eating and drinking as normal which is really odd. Have phoned doctors but they can't see him until wednesday

Maybe he just needs to get that milk out of his system then hun

Our doctors have a same day policy with children. Maybe try only giving him dry toast and starve him a little? Not sure what to suggest babe Sorry.
