I've just got this hard lump on the inside of my wrist, right at the crease where the hand meets the arm. it's on the side opposite to the thumb.

it's sore to touch, and it feels just like a bone?

any idea's?

ive already looked at that, it says they are on the outside of the wrist and can be moved and are fluid filled. mine is hard and bony on the inside and sore?

thats whaat i thought it was first too?

thanks for replying

If your not convinced that it's a ganglion then it may be some kind of calcium deposit - I would get your GP to have a look to put your mind at rest hun  .
