My face gets hot and wet!

Hi for about a week now my face feels hot(not to touch but feel hot inside) a lot of the time through the day it's really sweaty, I've no clue why, i know it's clammy buts it's not cos of the weather, I'm finding it hard to sleep cos it happens in bed as well any clue of whats happening? x
